Did you know that dance releases endorphins? Do you ever feel really tired or depressed and then a good song comes on and your spirits are lifted? I love to dance (obviously), but most of why I love dance is not the health benefits or even to learn the specific steps. I just love the way it feels! Dancing makes me feel free and uninhibited. Science actually backs this up. Endorphins are released when we dance. This reduces stress and creates that happy feeling. I have attached an article I found that claims that dance produces even more endorphins than working out at a gym and other forms of physical exercise. What do you think? How does dance make you feel?
